DUAL ENROLLMENT
Students that wish to sign up concurrently for both the 48 hour Pre-Exam Course ($475.00), and the 24-hour Missouri Practice Class ($200.00), will benefit from a $180.00 discount. The adjusted total for both courses will be $495.00. Full payment must be made by the first day of the Pre-Exam Class.
Extended Benefits:
1. Students that would like to repeat the pre-exam course before taking the Missouri Real Estate Exam may do so at no
charge. Courses must be repeated within three months of the original class.
2. Following each pre-exam course an optional study prep day will be provided.
3. Students will be able to attend both day and evening classes, allowing for additional learning opportunities.

REAL ESTATE CONTINUING EDUCATION 2025 - 2026
This renewal period we have a 6-hour elective that is dedicated to the HP 12C calculator. The objective of the course is to assist brokers and sales agents with calculations that are both common and unusual within the industry. The 12C is the most efficient calculator for our profession. The class will be offered four times during 2025 and upon demand in 2026. Students must bring a 12C to class. We may be able to direct you in finding one at a reasonable cost. Students will also be able to attend a calculator review day at no additional charge.

UNIFORM STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL APPRAISAL PRACTICE (15 HOURS) Tuition - $350.00
The purpose of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) is to promote and maintain a high level of public trust in appraisal practice by establishing requirements for appraisers. Course content addresses the ethical and performance obligations of appraisers through DEFINITIONS, RULES, STANDARDS RULES, and STATEMENTS. (Books purchased separately).
